Work Hours:
11 AM – 7 PM (6 days)
Duties:
- Replying to customer messages
- Packing parcels
- Managing and keeping track of inventory
- Process returned parcels (also iron returned items that needs to be ironed)
- Dispatching parcels & communicating with courier service agents.
Required skills:
- Good communication skills, proficiency in both Bangla & English.
- Good with computers, must adapt to software used for daily operations.
