Job Context
We are looking for a strong supply chain professional with hands-on experience in garments accessories operations, capable of managing procurement, inventory, production coordination, and ensuring smooth supply flow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain: planning, sourcing, procurement & logistics
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure raw material availability
- Develop efficient supply chain strategies to reduce cost and lead time
- Build and maintain strong supplier, vendor & service provider relationships
- Coordinate closely with production, merchandising & quality teams
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company standards and buyer requirements
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve operational goals
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in garments accessories (labels, tags, trims, packaging items, etc.)
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain management within the garment/accessories sector
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier networks, production flow & logistics
- Proficient in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive salary: BDT 1,30,000 – 1,40,000
- Yearly increments & festival bonuses
