Founder's Message
গ্র্যাজুয়েশন শেষ করার পর জব খোঁজার সময় অনেকেই একটি সাধারণ সমস্যার মুখে পড়ে। বিভিন্ন জায়গায় ছড়িয়ে থাকা সার্কুলার খুঁজে বের করা, কোনটা ভেরিফায়েড আর কোনটা সন্দেহজনক তা বোঝা, এবং নির্ভরযোগ্য তথ্য পাওয়া সব মিলিয়ে পুরো প্রক্রিয়াটাই অনেক সময় জটিল হয়ে যায়। বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই জব সিকারদের ভরসা করতে হয় ফেসবুক গ্রুপ বা স্পন্সরড পোস্টের ওপর, যেখানে ভালো সুযোগের পাশাপাশি স্ক্যাম বা ফ্রড সার্কুলারও দেখা যায়।
অন্যদিকে কিছু জনপ্রিয় জব প্ল্যাটফর্ম থাকলেও সেগুলোর অনেকগুলোর প্রসেস তুলনামূলকভাবে জটিল। বাধ্যতামূলক লগইন, দীর্ঘ অ্যাপ্লিকেশন প্রসেস বা বিভিন্ন স্টেপের কারণে অনেক সময় ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য বিষয়টা সহজ থাকে না।
এই সমস্যাগুলো মাথায় রেখেই শুরু হয়েছে Recruiting Basket। লক্ষ্য ছিল একটি এমন প্ল্যাটফর্ম তৈরি করা যেখানে জব সার্কুলার খুঁজে পাওয়া এবং অ্যাপ্লাই করা হবে সহজ, সরাসরি এবং ঝামেলাহীন।
Recruiting Basket-এ কোনো বাধ্যতামূলক লগইন নেই। জব সিকাররা সরাসরি রিক্রুটারদের প্রেফার্ড অ্যাপ্লিকেশন মেথড ব্যবহার করে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। প্রতিটি জব লিস্টিং করার আগে রিক্রুটার সম্পর্কিত তথ্য যাচাই করার চেষ্টা করা হয়, যাতে প্ল্যাটফর্মটি যতটা সম্ভব ট্রাস্টেড থাকে। পাশাপাশি সন্দেহজনক বা রিস্কি জব সার্কুলার রিপোর্ট করার অপশনও রয়েছে।
এখানে ক্যাটাগরি-বেসড ফিল্টারিং এবং সার্চ সুবিধা রয়েছে, যাতে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী জব খুঁজে পাওয়া সহজ হয়। ভবিষ্যতে আরও নতুন ফিচার যোগ করার পরিকল্পনাও রয়েছে।
আপনি যদি জব সিকার হন, তাহলে একবার দেখে নিতে পারেন। আর যদি আপনি রিক্রুটার হন বা কোনো জব ওপেনিং শেয়ার করতে চান, তাহলে একটি সাধারণ সাবমিশন ফর্মের মাধ্যমে খুব সহজেই নতুন জব সার্কুলার যুক্ত করা যাবে। লিঙ্ক কমেন্টে দেওয়া থাকবে।
