HERLAN, widely recognized and most popular international Skincare & Makeup brand manufactured & marketed in Bangladesh, is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, HR to perform as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring effective HR support aligned with organizational goals. This role will focus on talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
- Collaborate with line managers to plan and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and Bangladesh Labour Law.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Drive performance management processes including KPI setting, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture development initiatives.
- Support onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee capability.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitate change management initiatives in alignment with business transformation goals.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations across assigned business units.
REQUIRED SKILL
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
EXPERIENCE
- Min. 05 years of experience in Core HR Operations
- Experience in Retail/FMCG / Manufacturing industry is preferred

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, BBA, MBA, or related discipline
