Requirements:
Education-
- Bachelor degree in any discipline (CSE preferred)
- If you do not have your graduation degree, then we discourage you from applying for this position.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
- Basic experience using Framer.
- A good eye for aesthetics, including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate with developers and ensure designs are feasible and consistent when implemented.
- Ability to design interfaces that work across different devices and screen sizes.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects, demonstrating your design process, problem- solving abilities, and creativity.
- Applicants should have good communication skills in English.
Additional Requirements
- Must have good knowledge of English (writing and speaking) to understand clients’ requirements.
- Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as a team player.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Were looking for a talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and help shape the future of the UI/UX team. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create engaging and functional designs that meet our users needs.
- Develop UI/UX solutions using a user-centred design.
- Work with the design and development team, providing them with all necessary assets, styling, and sources to build the UI.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on design trends, technology, tools & resources.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Tailwind) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
