We are looking for Customer Service / Front Desk Executive who is energetic, well-spoken, and customer-focused. If you enjoy communicating with people and providing excellent service, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Provide accurate information about services and generate sales leads
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Greet visitors and ensure a comfortable waiting experience
- Handle visitor queries or direct them to the appropriate counsellor
- Maintain visitor records in software
- Receive and distribute mails and queries to the appropriate department
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions and documentation
- Follow company communication guidelines and policies
- Social Media Handling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Completed or Ongoing) from a reputed university
- 6 months – 1-year experience in a similar role (Education consultancy experience preferred)
- Strong communication and phone handling skills
- Good customer service attitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of MS Office
