Business Development Executive

We are a modern and friendly accountancy firm in Central London, seeking to hire a Business Development Executive for our Bangladesh office operations. We specialize in providing expert accounting services to companies, freelancers, and contractors across London.

Salary: BDT 30,000/monthly

(BDT 18,000/monthly for the first 2 months of training period, training period can be accelerated based on performance)

Bonus: Yearly 2 Festival Bonus

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Working Hours:

1 PM to 10 PM (Female)
2 PM to 11 PM (Male)

Office Location: Suvastu Muskan Tower, 56 Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan 1, Dhaka.

Holidays:

2 weekly holidays (Saturday and Sunday) & other holidays are based on the UK calendar. No Bangladesh based government holidays will be provided apart from Eid and Durga Puja.

  • Paid Leaves: 20 Days/year
  • Salary Review: Yearly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and generate leads to acquire new clients.

  • Engage in fluent English communication, both verbal and written, with prospects and clients.

  • Drive the sales process from outreach to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records and update sales data using CRM tools and Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Stay organized, manage time effectively, and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation from BBA in Marketing or BA in English from reputed university.

Experience:

  • 6 months to 1-year direct sales or telesales experience will be preferred.
  • Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication & relevant skills.

Required Skills:

  • Have to be very fluent in English. As It’s a UK based company, you will be communicating with foreign clients and people on a daily basis. If you don’t have strong verbal English communication skills, please refrain from applying.
  • Should be skilled in corporate communication via email and social media services.
  • Being punctual & organized is very important to reach the work target for every week.
  • Skilled in MS Office.
