Key Responsibilities
- Outreach: Making a large amount of outbound calls to potential leads.
- Sales: Prospecting students and guardians about Mentors’ Learning courses and closing sales.
- Data Management: Entering accurate information into the ERP and CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with and providing feedback to cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Academic Status: Must be a currently enrolled university student (undergraduate/graduate).
- Time Management: Ability to balance academic pressure with professional sales targets.
- Mindset: Self-motivation is the key factor for success in the field of telesales.
- Hardware: A PC or laptop with a moderate configuration for efficient work (no gaming gear required).
- Connectivity: A stable internet connection and proper headphones for clear communication.
