Educational Requirements
- Candidates should have a BBA/MBA or equivalent degree, B.Sc/M.Sc or equivalent degree, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale.
- Final year undergraduate students having completed all courses and exams by January, 2026.
- Graduates with maximum one (01) year of job experience.
Additional Requirements
- Applicants should be under 32 years as of March 23, 2026.

Surety Bond
- Selected candidates will have to sign a Surety Bond to serve IDLC for a minimum of two (02) years.
