As the brand grows, we are looking for a Sales & Brand Manager who can take ownership of both strategy and execution, someone who can lead teams, drive sales, and ensure plans actually turn into results.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a planning-only position.
As the Sales & Brand Manager, you will be responsible for designing strategies and executing them end-to-end. You will manage people, follow up consistently, solve problems on the ground, and ensure that sales targets, campaigns, and brand initiatives are delivered on time and with quality.
This role is not suitable for someone who only enjoys ideation, presentations, or delegating without ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Execution
- Set clear sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
- Improve conversion through pricing strategy, upselling, and premium positioning.
- Track daily and weekly sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
- Create and execute structured sales plans for showroom and online channels.
2. Brand & Marketing Execution
- Own SD’s brand positioning across showroom, social media, and customer communication.
- Ensure all brand touchpoints reflect a premium, consistent identity.
- Work closely with designers to align products and visuals with brand standards.
- Plan and execute seasonal launches, promotions, and campaigns (not just propose them).
3. Digital, Content & Platform Understanding
- Strong understanding of how Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook work as business tools.
- Guide content direction for reels, stories, campaigns, and launches.
- Ensure content supports sales goals, not just engagement.
- Coordinate with media buyers and content teams to improve lead quality and performance.
4. Team Management & Accountability
- Lead, train, and monitor the sales and showroom team.
- Ensure tasks are executed through clear ownership, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Improve team discipline, communication, and client-handling standards.
- Step in to resolve issues instead of escalating excuses.
5. Coordination & Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs, campaign outcomes, and customer feedback.
- Prepare simple, actionable performance reports.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust execution when necessary.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure commitments made by sales are deliverable.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, brand management, or marketing (preferably in premium, fashion, wedding, or design-led businesses)
- Proven ability to manage teams and get work executed
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content marketing, and customer psychology
- Comfortable with follow-ups, pressure, deadlines, and accountability
- Can handle both creative thinking and operational execution
- This role is not for candidates who only provide ideas without ownership.
