Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences or relevant field
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Knowledge of youth empowerment, social harmony & Rule of Law
- Leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
Required Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the NGO sector
- Experience in youth-focused or community-based projects
- Hands-on experience in project planning, implementation & reporting
- Experience working with government, NGOs, and local communities
