Position: Management Trainee Officer (HR)
This is an entry-level role designed to develop future HR leaders through hands-on exposure in:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Onboarding & Induction
- Payroll & Attendance Coordination
- Performance Appraisal
- Employee Engagement
- Training & Development
- HR Operations & Compliance
You’ll work closely with senior HR professionals and gradually take independent responsibilities.
Who Can Apply?
- BBA in HRM / Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Management or related field
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year experience
- Age: 22–27 years
- Basic knowledge of HR principles & labor laws
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
