Position Overview

The Front Desk Officer will support the organization by ensuring a professional reception experience and providing essential operational and administrative assistance across the office. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate day-to-day office activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, queries, and direct them to concerned departments.
  • Assist clients with BO account opening/closing forms and related documentation.
  • Support basic deposit entry and transaction documentation.
  • Assist in share transfer and transmission documentation processing.
  • Provide operational support related to margin loan documents.
  • Maintain liaison with internal business units and support departments.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for office management services.
  • Support petty cash management for Head Office, branches, and digital booths.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy and well-organized office environment.
  • Support general office logistics, transportation coordination, and handling of official gift items.
  • Coordinate pool car scheduling and maintain related documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining supporting staff for smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and applicable regulatory guidelines when handling client documents and operational tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: HSC; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and task-prioritization ability.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and routine office applications.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 (Based on experience and qualification).
  • Festival Bonus (Ex-Gratia).
  • Incentive Bonus (Ex-Gratia).
  • Travel Allowance.
  • Other benefits as per company policy.
