Job Responsibilities
- Respond to farmer queries and concerns related to WeGro’s services by providing timely, accurate, and courteous information.
- Handle farmer grievances by identifying the root cause of issues, selecting appropriate solutions, and ensuring professional resolution.
- Maintain and update records of all farmer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
- Suggest relevant WeGro services to farmers based on their needs and farming circumstances.
- Follow up with farmers to ensure complete satisfaction after query or complaint resolution.
- Collect and document feedback from farmers to help improve service quality and communication processes.
- Support team operations by completing related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate preferred
- 0–1 Year experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Good communication skills (Bangla required; basic English preferred)
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work in a call center environment with farmers
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused mindset
- Female candidates are highly preferred for this position
Salary
- BDT 15,000 (Salary will be revised upon successful completion of probation period)
