Pathao is looking for a dynamic and creative Performance Marketing Intern to join our team.
This role is ideal for a social media enthusiast, passionate about creating engaging content, staying updated on industry trends, and driving meaningful audience interactions.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
- Schedule, and manage content across Pathao’s social media platforms in alignment with the content calendar.
- Monitor audience engagement through comments and messages to build and maintain community interactions.
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing social media ad campaigns to drive performance.
- Research and stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Pathao’s content relevant and engaging.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Conduct seed posting to amplify the visibility and effectiveness of Pathao’s campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas for reels and other Gen Z-focused social media formats that align with Pathao’s brand voice.
The incumbent should bring along:
- Fresh graduates from Business/Marketing department, or a relevant discipline (all courses except for internship must be completed)
- Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative.
- A team player with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in content creation or video editing (using video editing tools like CapCut) is an advantage but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of running ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram (preferred but not mandatory).
