Your Schedule:
- Shift: Night Shift (Aligns with US business hours)
- Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

Your Role & Impact:
As a Telesales Agent, you will be the vital link between our US clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the primary contact for US clients, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Managing tasks, orders, and client portals efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments and resolving client issues.
- Updating databases, processing payments, and maintaining detailed records.
- Ensuring exceptional satisfaction for clients, customers, and field staff.
We Are Looking For You If You Have:
- Excellent fluency in English (Verbal & Written) – This is essential.
- Age between 18 – 33 years.
- Educational qualification of O Level/ A Level/ HSC/ Bachelor’s in any discipline.
- 0 – 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Customer Support, or relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
