Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients (phone & online)
- Handle email inquiries, send stock lists & follow up
- Build long-term client relationships through tele-sales
- Provide after-sales support
- Assist in advertising, direct sales & promotions
- Contribute to monthly sales targets
- Conduct market research & follow global trade policies
Work Schedule:
- Morning Shift: Mon–Fri | 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM (5-day office)
- Based on market assignment (as per Bangladesh Labor Law)
Requirements:
- Education: BBA / BA / B.Com / MBA / Masters (Marketing preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers strongly encouraged)
- Good English (speaking & writing)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
- Self-motivated, team player & professional attitude
- Digital marketing knowledge will be counted as an advantage
