Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Support:

  • Source new Auto Loan / Auto Lease business and generate quality loan files.
  • Identify potential customers through field visits, dealer referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Support achievement of assigned business targets in line with team objectives.

Dealer & Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with auto dealers, showrooms, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with dealers for lead generation, documentation, and timely disbursement.
  • Support promotional activities and campaigns at dealer points.

Deposit & Liability Support:

  • Source and manage TDR (Term Deposit Receipt) business as per organizational guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining a balanced asset–liability mix.

Credit & Documentation Support:

  • Assist in collecting, checking, and submitting loan applications and supporting documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation as per credit and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and CRM teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

Portfolio Monitoring & Follow-up:

  • Support monitoring of PAR and NPL for newly disbursed files.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups and provide early support to minimize delinquency risk.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and ethical business practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data privacy standards.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing basic MIS reports on sourcing, disbursement, and pipeline status.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, files, and customer interactions.

Employment Status:

Contract

Educational Requirements: 

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Background in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing will be an advantage.

  • Quick learner and hard working

Experience Requirements:

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Banks
