Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment & selection processes (CV screening, interview coordination, joining formalities)
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll data preparation
- Assist in HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Assist in performance management system (PMS) related activities
- Handle routine employee queries and HR documentation
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Not Required (fresh graduates with internship experience may apply)
- Basic knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Law
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, confidentiality, and willingness to learn
