Position: Area Manager
Location: Chittagong

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage 3 restaurant outlets within GEC Mor, Jamal Khan & Khulshi area.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in compliance with company SOPs.
- Monitor sales performance, cost control, and profitability of outlets.
- Drive revenue growth through local & corporate marketing initiatives and operational improvements.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained consistently.
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
- Monitor manpower planning, attendance, discipline, and performance evaluation.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure inventory control, proper stock management, FIFO compliance, and wastage control.
- Coordinate with Head Office departments (Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Finance).
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the Restaurant/F&B industry.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or area management role
- Experience managing multiple outlets is mandatory.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent operational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, reporting, corporate marketing, platting, cost control, SCM, profit & loss and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
