Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Executive, HR & Admin for our factory unit. The ideal candidate should be experienced in factory HR & administration functions, labor law compliance and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR & administrative operations at the factory.
  • Maintain attendance, leave and manpower records.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and documentation of factory staff and workers.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and factory policies.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievance management and welfare activities.
  • Coordinate with Productions, Accounts and Head office HR for smooth operations.
  • Oversee security, housekeeping and general administrative support.
  • Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HRM, Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a Footwear/Garments or Manufacturing Factory.
  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended 2018).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.
