Position 01: Architect (Interior Firm)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand interior project requirements
- Act as a Team Lead, guiding and managing the design team
- Receive client feedback and provide project updates accordingly
- Oversee all interior design and architectural works in the office
- Supervise and monitor ongoing interior projects
- Coordinate with site, execution, and vendor teams
- Assist and support the Project Engineer in execution and coordination works
- Review drawings, layouts, and design details before execution
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction
Software Skills
- AutoCAD (Must)
- SketchUp / 3ds MAX
- Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop
- Technical Skills
- Interior layout planning & space planning
- Working drawing & detailing
- Client coordination & design presentation
- Team handling & project coordination
- Site coordination and execution support
- Material knowledge (interior finishes & fittings)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Experience in interior projects preferred
Position 02: Interior Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in design meetings with clients
- Clearly understand client needs, preferences, and expectations
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively
- Develop interior design concepts and layouts
- Maintain strong communication skills with clients and team members
- Coordinate with Architect, Team Lead, and execution team
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds MAX
- Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop (Basic)
Technical Skills
- Interior concept development
- Space planning & layout design
- Design presentation & client communication
- Material selection & mood board preparation
- Coordination with architect & execution team
Qualifications
- Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture will also be considered
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
