Job Context:
DESIGNAGE is one of the leading company in the Interior & Furniture company of Bangladesh. We are looking for a smart, intelligent and career-oriented person for the post of “Executive Business Development – Female (Part Time)”.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Facebook Live sessions to showcase interior and furniture products, respond to customer queries, and increase sales.
- Create video shoots, reels for social media promotions, including planning, scriptwriting, setup, and product staging.
- Manage social media pages, respond to online inquiries, and engage with audiences to enhance brand presence.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video marketing and live commerce to keep content modern and competitive.
- Collaborate on storyboarding and creative concepts to align with DesignAge’s brand identity.
- Generate potential leads through inbound and outbound calls, showroom visits, and customer referrals to drive sales growth.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s revenue growth strategy.
- Others work assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduates from private universities and A-Level backgrounds will be given preference).
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Development
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (written and verbal)
