SICUNET is looking for a Junior or Fresher Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer who has completed formal SQA training and is eager to start a professional career in software testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing test cases, test plans, and bug reports
- Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile meetings (stand-ups, sprint reviews)
- Learn and support QA processes, tools, and methodologies
REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of an SQA course (minimum 6 months) — mandatory
- Basic understanding of software testing fundamentals
- Knowledge of functional, regression, and usability testing
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in automation testing is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication in English and teamwork abilities
- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
