Position Overview

As a Tele-sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell products or services over the phone, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads database.
  • Present and explain products or services to potential customers.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Obtain customer information and record interactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate sales terms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from reputed university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
