Akij iBOS Ltd. is looking for a talented Front-End Engineer with strong expertise in React.js to join our growing software development team. You’ll be responsible for building high-performing, user-friendly web applications and collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality web applications using React.js / Next.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure technical feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Debug complex issues across the stack and maintain clean, maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, contributing to best practices.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and AI/ML tools into front-end workflows.
- Work with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, React Query, SWR).
- Manage form state using React Hook Form or Formik.
- Write and maintain unit tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.) to ensure code quality.
- Leverage AI coding assistants to refactor, document, and debug code.
- Utilize Vercel AI SDK or LangChain.js for AI-driven features.
- Ensure all web applications follow SEO best practices.
- Work with MCP clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code Agent Mode) and configure custom MCP servers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have:
- 3–4 years of hands-on front-end development experience.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI.
- Hands-on experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of AI/ML integration into web applications.
- Proven experience with state management and form handling in React.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks.
- Experience working with MCP clients and servers is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and SEO-friendly development.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or other modern styling frameworks.
