Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from start to finish
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
- Track team productivity and implement performance improvements
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Use project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.) effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software project management
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with productivity tools and workflow optimization
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
