Position: MERN Stack Developer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Build RESTful APIs and backend services
- Design and develop responsive frontend interfaces using React.js
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Work with databases, data models, and server-side logic
- Collaborate with designers, marketing team, and other developers
- Use Git for version control and team collaboration
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with React.js and Node.js
- Experience with MongoDB and database design
- Knowledge of Express.js framework
- Experience building REST APIs
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks
- Familiar with Git/GitHub or GitLab
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)
- Experience with Next.js
- Knowledge of Docker / Deployment / CI-CD
- Experience with AWS / DigitalOcean / VPS server deployment
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in MERN stack development
- Ability to work in a startup environment
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Must have own laptop
