Job Context
Mangrove Hotel & Resort Ltd. is looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing professional who has experience in Real Estate / Land Development / Time Sharing Hotel marketing in Bangladesh. The selected candidate will work with our sales team to generate leads, develop marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge about Land / Real Estate business and current market scenario
- Forecast sales, revenue and marketing budget
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Plan and implement monthly, quarterly & yearly marketing strategies
- Organize and monitor sales executives and marketing team
- Corporate sales planning and implementation
- Build strong network with professionals and potential customers
- Recruit and train sales team members
- Maintain customer relationships and handle queries
Experience Requirements
5 – 10 years experience in:
- Direct Sales
- Marketing & Sales
- Telemarketing
- Real Estate Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age: 25 – 45 years
- Male / Female both can apply
- Strong communication skills in Bengali & English
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- Computer knowledge is mandatory
