Job Context
- Full-time (Evening/Night Shift)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and logistics services for USA-based clients.
- Manage export & import delivery transport operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, labels, customs & export forms).
- Create/manage Excel sheets, pivot tables, charts, and graphs for data analysis.
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments, tracking info, delivery confirmations, and costs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply).
- Previous BPO experience is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in shifts/roster (including night shifts).
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
