A Day in the life of a Officer/Sr. Officer- Customer Facing Supply Chain
Deliver Supply Chain value creation for Nestlé and the Customer by:
- Understanding Customer KPIs, agree targets with the Customer, and report regularly against these targets
- Understanding and raising awareness of the Customer’s Supply Chain and its alignment to Nestlé’s Supply Chain
- Build Customer Trust
Drive cross functional alignment:
- In partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy
- Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams during execution of Order to Cash deliverables
- Working with Sales Manager, define joint improvement plans with Customers to enhance Nestlé’s “ability to win”, supported by CFSC methodology
Be a Supply Chain ambassador for Nestlé and the Customer:
- Drive success of On Shelf Availability (OSA) and On Shelf Freshness (OSF), and Distributor Stock Availability (DSA)
- Be the Customers’ main point of contact for Supply Chain
- Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestlé and the Customer, in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation
- Drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives (Master data management, Cost to Serve, Collaborative Planning, CO2 & Sustainability, Customer Based Coordinators) and represent Nestlé in the industry
- Understanding the route to Market for products, analyze risks with other functions (QA, Regulatory, Legal) and escalate the potential issues to the local authorities if need be
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience
- Individuals who have career aspirations for building their career in Supply Chain are highly encouraged to apply
- Candidates with advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience in Power BI for reporting and data visualization will be preferred.
