About the Role
KDS Logistics Limited is looking for an Officer / Sr. Officer Compliance to ensure operational and regulatory compliance across the organization. The role involves monitoring company-wide adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and customs guidelines, as well as assisting in audits and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure company-wide compliance with labor law, fire safety, environmental regulations, customs and port authority guidelines.
- Conduct field inspections and site visits to monitor operational compliance.
- Maintain and update regulatory records, certifications, and documentation.
- Assist in internal/external audits and facilitate follow-up actions.
- Prepare compliance reports, visual dashboards, and awareness materials.
- Communicate with government bodies for licenses, inspections, renewals.
- Support training programs and awareness campaigns on compliance topics.
- Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Operations for integrated compliance implementation.
Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.) will be considered a plus.
- Willing to work in both office and field environments.
