About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Mid-Level Flutter Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building mobile applications for both iOS and Android using Flutter, and possesses a strong sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and a hardworking mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build pixel-perfect, smooth, and responsive UI/UX across iOS and Android devices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve app issues promptly.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, from concept to deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of total mobile app development experience, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on Flutter development.
- Strong knowledge of both iOS and Android development ecosystems.
- Experience working with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and mobile databases.
- Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
- Understanding of app architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
- Sense of ownership is crucial; we value developers who treat every project as their own.
Nice to Have
- Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Familiarity with Firebase services.
