The Operation Executive will support the Porshi Project under Mokam by managing logistics, vendor coordination, digital adoption initiatives, and reporting. This role is critical in ensuring seamless program delivery across multiple regions, improving efficiency, and strengthening the impact of ShopUp’s platform on women entrepreneurs. The position involves operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with project goals on gender equity, digital inclusion, and community resilience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational & Logistical Support
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth program delivery across regions.
- Manage vendor relationships to maintain cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support day-to-day execution of field and central operations in line with program objectives
2. Digital Adoption & Capacity Building
- Facilitate integration of ShopUp’s platform into program operations.
- Support women entrepreneurs in accessing markets, managing businesses, and enhancing digital skills.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure smooth adoption of tools.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track operational outcomes, key deliverables, and project milestones.
- Produce donor-ready progress reports highlighting alignment with demand- sales data of Porshi and resilience goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain timely reporting for stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, entrepreneurs, and partner organizations.
- Provide operational support to project teams and resolve escalations.
- Serve as a liaison between program participants, internal teams, and donors.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational workflows.
- Support cost optimization while ensuring service quality.
- Contribute ideas for scaling the project’s reach and impact.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Operations/Business Support/Data Analysis roles will get preference.
