We are looking for energetic and tech-savvy individuals who can communicate effectively with clients, guide them through the onboarding process, solve basic technical issues, and ensure a smooth adoption of our products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Onboard and educate new customers on how to use our products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Set up and configure new customer accounts
- Provide first-level technical support and resolve client issues
- Collect user feedback and report to the team
- Operate social media ad manager in coordination with marketing team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, MIS, CSE, IT, or related field (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset with good listening ability.
- Must be staying in Cox’s Bazar, preferably near Mermaid Beach Resort.
Job Location: Mermaid Beach Resort, Pechar Dwip Marine Drive, Road, Ramu 4730
Internship Period: 3 months.
Salary and other benefits:
- Market standard remuneration (10,000-15,000)
