Associate Executive – Group HR

Educational Requirement:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in Manufacturing (Light Engineering / Heavy Industry) or Group of Companies will be preferred
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficiency in email communication and report preparation

Responsibilities & Context:

Organizational Development (OD):

• Execute assigned OD initiatives, frameworks, and tools in alignment with overall ODE strategy
• Coordinate execution, follow-up, and reporting of MoUs and external partnerships aligned with OD & L&D goals
• Prepare OD reports, analytics, and progress updates for management
• Develop automated Excel-based reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts

Learning & Development (L&D):

• Prepare and coordinate the annual training calendar and training investment plan
• Coordinate end-to-end training programs (planning, execution, evaluation)
• Support competency-based training initiatives across departments
• Analyze training effectiveness and prepare KPI and impact reports

Employee Engagement:

• Execute employee engagement programs, surveys, and recognition initiatives
• Coordinate engagement action plans and track implementation progress
• Support EVP initiatives and internal culture-building activities
