Job Summary:
ACS Textiles (Bangladesh) Ltd. is seeking a proactive Executive – Admin & HR to manage HR operations, administrative activities, and employee documentation. The role includes handling attendance, leave, and payroll support through KORMEE HRMS Software, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The Executive will also coordinate day-to-day administrative functions, support employee engagement activities, and maintain accurate HR records to ensure smooth and efficient organizational operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM / Business Administration / Public Administration
- PGDHRM is an added advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in Admin & HR
- Experience in textile/manufacturing industry preferred
- Must have hands-on experience with KORMEE HRMS Software
Responsibility:
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain personnel files, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, disciplinary records, and payroll support.
- Operate and manage HR functions through KORMEE HRMS Software.
- Oversee office administration, logistics, and day-to-day operational support.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR & administrative functions.
- Assist in compliance tasks, audit preparations, and labor law documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and handle worker-level HR issues when required.

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational & time-management ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong documentation, reporting & record-keeping skills
- Understanding of HR policies, labor law & compliance
- Ability to operate HRMS software efficiently (especially KORMEE)
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
