Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Stitching Planner in line-wise stitching planning and order scheduling.
- Prepare stitching line allocation based on SMV, operator skill, and line capacity.
- Monitor daily production vs. target and identify bottlenecks.
- Support line balancing to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Packing, MCS, and IE teams.
- Maintain daily line loading, efficiency, and deviation reports.
- Follow up with IE for updated SMV and manpower planning.
Educational Qualification:
- BSc. in Textile Engineering or relevant discipline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in textile manufacturing setup.
- Strong knowledge of textile stitching planning.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in using ERP systems will get preference.
