1.) Factory Assistant General Manager
Vacancy – 1
Location: Tangail (Factory-based – must stay on-site)
Accommodation: Provided as per company policy
Salary: BDT 30,000 (Fixed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory production and operations
- Manage factory workers, shifts, and attendance
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
- Coordinate raw material usage and basic inventory tracking
- Maintain production records and daily reports
- Ensure factory discipline, safety, and cleanliness
- Liaise with management regarding production status and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Industrial & Production, Mechanical, Management, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or production supervision
- Ability to stay at factory location in Tangail
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word and reporting
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
2.) Territory Sales Manager
Vacancy – 2
Office Location: Nawabpur, Dhaka
Salary: BDT 20,000 + Commission + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Develop and manage key client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel if required
- Strong communication skills in English
3.) Marketing Manager
Vacancy – 1
Office Location: Nawabpur, Dhaka
Salary: BDT 30,000 (Fixed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing strategies (digital and offline)
- Lead brand positioning and promotional campaigns
- Manage social media, content, and external vendors
- Manage overall company website
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support sales team with lead-generation initiatives
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with digital marketing and campaign planning
- Strategic thinking with execution capability
